I am 8 years old and in grade 3 at the french. I have been skating since I was 4. Skating is a good activity for me. I also play soccer and take dancing lessons - tap, ballet, jazz and acrobatics. I have a good coach. her name is Lesleigh.

Hi, my name is Olivia and I am 5½ years old. I think Lesleigh is the best skating teacher ever. I really, really, really love skating! I also like swimming, riding my bike and jumping on the trampoline. Thank-you to Emma, Jasmyn and Maddy and all the skaters who are helping me a lot. My best friends are Coral and Pippa and my teacher at school is the best teacher ever

I am 7 years old. I started skating with my Mom when I was four and a half. I joined Canskate when I was 6 and then went into Canfigure when I was 7. I love figure skating. I like learning all the different moves.

My name is Jack.  I started helping because my little sister does Can Skate, but now I really enjoy it and have got some ‘little buddies’ who have really improved!  Thanks to Jill-Marie & Leslie and the other PA’s for all their hard work.

Ben and I have been on the Coast for 8 years now. Both our daughters are in skating, ages 6 and 3 years old.

We really enjoyed watching all levels of skaters in the club and have been incredibility impressed on their improvements and achievements.

My name is Jasmyn, I am 6 years old. One of my best friends in skating is Madison. I have been skating with the club for 2 years now. My favorite move in skating is my backwards spiral. My little sister is in level 2, her name is Lorelle.

My name is Nancy. My husband and I own a Bed and Breakfast in Sechelt called A Place by the Sea which we opened several years ago. My daughter Maya has been skating in the SCSC for over 3 years and she absolutely loves it. It’s a fantastic club with wonderful people. I like to volunteer where I can to help out and keep this club running and successful!

Hi, my name is Madison and I am 6 years old. I started skating with the SC Skating Club at age 4 1/2. I loved figure skating from the first time I started it. I would skate everyday if my mom let me. I really love my coach Lesleigh. She is awesome and helps me so much. I also take ballet, highland and swimming but skating is my favourite.

My Name is Megan and I want to skate everyday forever and skating is my favourite sport. I like all the Programme Assistants and they are my friends. One day I will be a Programme Assistant and help little kids like me.

Hi, I'm Reanna Popp. I am very honoured to be PA of the month. This will be my fourth season of figure skating. I have had so much fun. My favorite moment in skating has been to land my axel. I've been working on this for 1 1/2 years!!!
