Sunshine Coast Skating Club Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with the Sunshine Coast Skating Club, doing business as the Sunshine Coast Skating Club with programs running in both Gibsons & Sechelt, British Columbia, Canada.  In addition to these general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during your registration process (shown during registration).

All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

The SCSC policy regarding returned cheques states that any person having issued two or more returned cheques to the SCSC must make all subsequent payments to the Club by either cash, certified cheque, money order or bank draft. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for each NSF cheque returned to the Club. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if the provided Visa or MasterCard is denied upon processing.

Sunshine Coast Skating Club does not export goods or services.

The Sunshine Coast Skating Club provides learn-to-skate (CanSkate), figure skating (STAR & Jr Academy) and hockey skating skills (CanPower) programs which take place at the location indicated in the program registration (either GACC or Sechelt Arenas).
